Responsibilities
Assist the supervisor in planning and executing leasing strategy for the assigned retail portfolio
Relationship management with existing and prospective tenants
Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports and presentations
Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants' fitting-out and refurbishment/ revamping works.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Real Estate or related discipline
At least 1 years of relevant experience
Strong market sense with analytical thinking
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Fresh Graduates or Candidates from property management or agency backgrounds are welcomed
