Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire grant cycle, from proposal review and selection to fund disbursement and evaluation
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify funding opportunities and align grant strategies with organizational goals.
Develop evaluation criteria and metrics for assessing grant impact, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders
Provide support and training to grantees regarding compliance, reporting requirements, and best practices in grant management
Stay updated on trends in philanthropy and funding landscapes to inform grant-making strategies
Oversee project management, ensuring timely delivery and compliance
Build and maintain relationships with grantees, partners, and community organizations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in in grant management and project management
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
