Responsible for planning, executing and managing commercial development
Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
Perform ad-hoc duties as when required
Requirements:
Degree in Architectural studies or other relevant disciplines
HKIA & ARB is a must
At least 6 years of experiences in handling Hong Kong residential and commercial development projects
Exposure in full project cycle is preferred
Good command of both spoken and written English , Chinese and Mandarin;
Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
