Work closely with other data centre's project teams (e.g. architecture, E&M, vendors, etc.) to complete the development of a new data centre
Establish operational procedure/ workflow, standards/ KPI and other governance documentation to facilitate the DC's operation
Oversee service delivery and ensure that SLAs are met
Recruit, supervise and provide training at times to DC Engineers whom report, ensure that they have adequate knowledge to perform their duties
Promote an internal culture on health and safety, and ensure all mandatory requirements are met
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related areas
Experience in either DC development and/ or DC operation is essential
With 10+ years' relevant experience, and a minimal 5 years of people management experience
Equip with strong people management skills, particularly in managing engineers and/or technicians, with capability to handle conflicts and disciplinary issues
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Good command of Chinese and English language skills
