Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall development and longevity of a real estate group
Deal origination, evaluation, fund raising for their late stage investment in real estate and financial industry
Co work with the Director of properties to source and execute on commercial and residential projects across Greater China
Responsible for the development of whole office across Greater China
Formulate the overall business plan and direction and management strategies for the securities arm
Lead invest and raise and private equity investments
Oversee the bank financing and manage functional departments
Lead the completion of various projects, inclusive of M&A project
Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders
Providing strategic advice to the board and chairperson
Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
Responsible for Type 149 business operations and to ensure full SFC regulatory compliance;

Requirements:

Bachelor degree from reputable university
10+ years' experience in management experience gained in sizable Financial Institution ( SFC 1,4,9)
Proven leader with in depth understanding of macro economics
Excellent command of both English and Chinese
Knowledge of the deal/return/exit strategies
Proven track record in primary market
Strong capability of business development & people management
