Responsibilities:
Maintain agenda and assist in planning appointments, external and internal such as team, board meetings, conferences, etc.;
Make travel arrangement, provide secretarial and administrative support to director(s);
Maintain electronic and paper record ensuring correspondences and business cards and contacts are organized and easily accessible for daily business use;
Conduct research, prepare presentations or reports as assigned;
Conserve director's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information;
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by boards of directors;
Review operating practices and procedures for continuous improvements in workflow, procedures, or expenditures;
Assist in corporate events and activities;
Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Requirements:
University degree holder in any disciplines;
Relevant Personal Assistant/secretarial experience is an advantage;
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive working attitude, attention to details;
Organized, detail-minded with ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment;
Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines;
Immediate availability is preferred.
