Qualifications & Experience required



All of the above technical and clerical RSS ranks (except Resident Works Supervisor I) should have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent. 

 

Appointment will be made on contract term in accordance with the prevailing government’s terms and conditions. For the usual duties of the positions, please refer to RSS Management Handbook Appendix 7.4.

We now invite applications for the following resident site staff positions for Electrical and Mechanical Services Department Agreement No. CE 77/2017 (EM) - The District Cooling System for Tung Chung New Town Extension (East) - Design and Construction. The project involves design and construction of DCS plants, DCS chilled water distribution pipe laying works, installation of electrical and mechanical equipment, and provision of connection facilities (including heat exchangers) works that to be carried out within Tung Chung New Town Extension (East) area.
