Responsibilities

• Liaising with customers, freight forwarders and suppliers to coordinate the shipment from worldwide to destination

• Tracking shipments and providing regular updates to customers on delivery status, ensure shipment are made on time

• Collaborate with the merchandising team, factories, customers and logistics providers to ensure clear communication

• Independently handle shipment and relevant documents for Import/Export

• Generate shipping instructions and pre-advice for shipments

• Provide weekly updates on shipment status and prepare weekly/monthly reports

• Manage daily international courier packages

• Proficient in Euro markets for garments import and export shipping operation

• Update ERP systems, issue invoice, packing list and shipment related documents

• Perform other ad hoc duties             

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 8 years shipping experience in a Garment Trading

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise to liaise effectively with customers, factories and within our small team

• Strong-motivated, independent and possess a strong sense of responsibility

• Proficiency in Microsoft
