Job description
Our client is now looking for Sales Director (Public Sector) (IT infrastructure) (OTE:2M) to join their team.
Key Responsibility
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for IT infrastructure to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for the banking & financial sectors;
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their business objectives, and develop appropriate solutions to meet their needs through market research and networking;
Seize new business opportunities, oversee the entire pipeline process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensure efficient and effective progression of opportunities for the banking and financial sectors;
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's comprehensive range of services and solutions to identify cross-selling opportunities and maximize revenue potential;
Lead business development team and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales representatives, subject matter experts, and marketing team, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of business strategies;
Provide data analytics insights to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities; and
Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements that may impact the business strategies.
Key Requirement
A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or a related role, preferably within the technology industry, with a deep understanding of the banking and financial environment.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure is advantageous.
A Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
A results-driven mindset focused on achieving sales targets, meeting deadlines, and driving business growth.
Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and pursue strategic partnerships, business development opportunities, and collaboration prospects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with industry leaders, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and business trends.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
