Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, interim, and year-end group reporting packages along with financial analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit and any necessary assurance reports.
• Preferred experience in international trading and the food & beverage sector.
• Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and statutory requirements, as well as corporate policies.
• Collaborate with PRC finance and other teams to support daily operations.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Professional qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Background in a prestigious professional firm, with commercial experience in a large company.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and listing rules.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software, such as Yonyou and Kingdee KIS, is an advantage.
• Proactive, independent, and strong problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment and decision-making skills based on accurate and timely analysis.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
