Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet staffing needs
• Source candidates through online channels, job fairs, networking events, etc.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews using various interview techniques
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements
• Provide guidance on recruitment policies and best practices
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
