Lead initiatives to integrate modern automotive technologies into the company’s maintenance
practices, focusing on improving efficiency, safety, and reliability
Collaborate with engineering team to develop and support the development of maintenance
procedures that align with the latest industry standards
Identify and evaluate innovative tools and systems to optimize workflow and ensure consistent
high-quality maintenance across the fleet
Develop and implement training programs for various levels of the engineering team
Oversee the development and continuous improvement of the training center, and ensure the
center is equipped with modern training tools
Mentor Automotive Trainees and Apprentices to foster the culture of engagement, learning, and
continuous improvement
Conduct promotion assessments and assist in recruitment interviews for engineering positions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree holder in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering, or equivalent
At least 4 years of experience in fleet management, vehicle engineering, workshop operations
or equivalent
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs and
initiatives simultaneously
Proficient in video editing software is an advantage
Strong communication skills, both in spoken and written Chinese and English, with the ability
to effectively present complex technical information
An innovative mindset, with a passion for continuously improving training programs and
maintenance processes
