Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies that drive positive social and environmental impact
• Build partnerships with stakeholders and drive social value creation
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sustainability and social value creation
• Manage and report group-wide Sustainability data, KPIs and development progress
• Develop and manage sustainability metrics and reporting processes to track progress and communicate performance
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate sustainability initiatives and build support for sustainable practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on social value creation / social impact program
• Solid experience in partnership-building and stakeholder engagement
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Candidate with more experience will be  considered as Senior Manager
