Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Compensation and Benefits (C&B) while also supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitive positioning of compensation packages.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed.
• Provide support for daily operations.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits preferred.
• Detail oriented with good problem-solving and communication skills
