Maintaining and managing the equipment, resources and assets. Initiating requisitions while adhering to the budgeted expenses.
Taking inventory monthly of all chemicals, supplies and equipment according to the established guidelines.
Maintaining a daily log showing assignments and notations on repair and maintenance items as well as special cleaning requirements that should be brought to the attention of the Housekeeping Manager.
Arranging and monitoring the hiring of part time staff according to the operation need. Inputs the “in” and “out” time for part time staff daily to ensure payment of wages settled on time.
Maintaining the filing system for documentation control.
Requirement:
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Housekeeping in clubs or hotels and at least 2 years in similar positions.
Work on shift includes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, also night shift.
