Job Responsibilities
  • Provide 7x24 Tier 1 support to a mission critical private cloud platform consisting of 1000+ servers.
  • Excute server support operation services based on defined operation manuals and instructions provided by Tier 2 server team.
  • Monitor the healthiness of system and provide helpdesk support
  • Follow defined documentation for incident and change management.
Job Requirements
  • At least 3 years’ relevant IT experience
  • Experience in IT operations management and data centre environment
  • Willing to work on shift (3 shifts per day) to ensure 7 x 24 support to the system
  • Work exp. in government is a definite advantage
