Responsible for full spectrum of Compensation and Benefits (C&B) while also supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive positioning of compensation packages.
Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed.
Provide support for daily operations.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits preferred.
Thorough knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance.
Detail oriented with good problem-solving and communication skills.
