Requirements

Experience: 1-3 years in cabling design, preferably in data centers or financial companies.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with Panduit Cat6A copper & fiber products and high-density fiber cassettes.
Proficient with Panduit/CPI racks, cabinets, and patching frames.
Knowledge of Fluke Network Instruments (e.g., DSX-5000/8000 Cable Analyzer).
Understanding of ISO/TIA testing standards and LC/MPO/MTP fiber solutions.
Experience with Cisco and Arista equipment is a plus.
Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Fluent in English; Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.
Strong communication skills, especially with teams across Asia.
Proactive coordination abilities.
Certifications: Relevant international cabling certifications (e.g., RCDD) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead cabling design for data centers, ensuring consistency with the global EDC Infrastructure team.
Prepare technical tender documents and specifications; issue RFPs with the procurement team.
Coordinate with internal technology teams to gather cabling design requirements.
Manage project budgets, vendors, shop drawings, logistics, installation schedules, and commissioning.
Close out projects with O&M
