Responsibilites:

Oversee all buiding services aspects of ongoing projects.
Manage budgets and expenses to ensure cost control.
Monitor the progress of projects and the quality of work being done on-site.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to design and install systems.
Ensure that projects are completed within the designated timeframe, budget, and with high quality.
Create bids and price quotes specifically for Building Services work.
Attend project meetings and participate in statutory inspections.
Prepare detailed drawings and coordinate on-site activities for smooth execution.
Fulfill other relevant responsibilities as directed by the Senior Manager.

Job Requirment:

At least 10 years of applicable experience is required.
Degree in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
Possession of a Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker - Grade B0 or C0 is preferred.
Strong leadership, site management, and communication skills are essential.
Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Project Manager.
