Responsibilities

• Drive the washing business

• Design and development of washing based on customers' requirements and market needs

• Manage and oversee the R&D and production process including lead time for sample and mass production, washing ordering pipeline, testing and inspection process

• Manage color and shade lots approval

• Maintain good relationship with vendors and customers

• Manage and monitor the performance of washing factories, conduct periodical audits and assessments

• Troubleshoot any issues with the washing production process, provide recommendation and solution

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 10 years of  washing experience

• Strong product knowledge and well understanding of the washing development and production process

• Experience in with overseas customers and vendors independently

• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint etc.

• Proactive with strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and extemal parties

• Frequent travel is required
