Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for all aspects of the back end IT infrastructure and help desk including:

           - Windows Active Directory

           - Virtualized servers (VMWare)

           - Storage Area Network (HP MSA)

           - Network firewalls (SonicWall), switches

           - Connectivity infrastructure

• Perform performance management and capacity planning

• Evaluate, analyze, design and implement new projects in IT infrastructure

• Management of disaster recovery planning and ensure smooth cutover during outages

• Co-ordinate with IT vendors to deploy appropriate hardware, network devices and software solutions

• Participate in an after-hours, rotating support duty roster to remotely provide technical support during critical system outages

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure technical design and support

• Certification in VCP5 (VMware Certified Professional), MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate), MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) and CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) is preferred

• Experience in using VMware vCenter for virtualization management

• Technical support experience in SAN (HP MSA)

• Hands on experience on Networking, VPN, Microsoft Active Directory & MS Exchange Server

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Self-motivated and multitasking

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Immediate availability is preferred for the above post
