Responsibilities

Maintenance and Management

Safety Compliance

• Ensure all systems comply with health and safety regulations

• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety procedures

Project Management

• Manage projects related to building services, including budgets and timelines

• Coordinate with contractors and service providers

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Previous experience in building services or facilities management

• Proficiency in CAD software and building management systems

• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration
