Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO/Founder of a technology company
Manage the CEO/Founder's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements efficiently.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external partners, investors, and other stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the CEO/Founder.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business-critical documents for the CEO/Founder as needed.
Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, board meetings, and other high-level events involving the CEO/Founder.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks.
Proactively anticipate the CEO/Founder's needs and offer solutions to streamline their day-to-day activities.
Complete ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the CEO/Founder.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, with at least 5 years supporting a CEO, Founder, or other C-suite executive.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage the calendar and schedule of a high-level executive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively and build trusted relationships.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information is paramount.
