Responsibilities
Prepare scheduling & sales confirmation, etc.
Handles orders follow-up and assists in analyzing sales performance
Monitor the delivery schedule and coordinate with product development / engineering team
Assist in sample handling, order and shipping data input and liaison with US clients as required
Work with customers and factories independently
Maintains detailed documentation throughout all phases of shipment
Base on Master Plan to work with factories on production plan
Monitor MA balance & inventory level
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
At least 2 years’ solid experience in toys industry
Experience in sizeable US buying office is preferred
Proficient in MS Excel & Word is a must
Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure & overtime
Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin
