Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring that it is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
Deliver an exceptional customer experience, greeting customers, and assisting them with their needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their loyalty to the brand
Drive sales by setting and achieving sales targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to increase revenue
Manage the boutique team, providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to ensure that they are delivering exceptional customer service and achieving their sales targets
Maintain inventory levels, ensuring that the boutique has the right products in stock to meet customer demand
Work closely with the regional and global teams to implement brand initiatives, product launches, and marketing campaigns
Manage the boutique budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and revenue is maximized

Qualifications:

Form 6 or above
3 to 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Fluent in English Cantonese and Mandarin
