Responsibilities
Responsible for order processing and follow up
Communication with customers & suppliers
Handle customer enquiries and complaints
Perform order bookings and relevant ERP system entry
Work with the team to meet performance targets
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Relevant working experience preferred but not essential
Good command of English, Mandarin & Cantonese
Committed to work and with problem solving ability
Mature, polite, self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, hardworking and able to handle pressure
Proficient in Excel and Word
Fresh graduates are welcomed
