Job Responsibilities

Oversee the quality of new product introductions and manufacturing processes, including metal stamping and plastic molding.
Review production reports and conduct unscheduled inspections to identify quality issues.
Diagnose problems during product development and manufacturing, implementing corrective measures.
Perform benchmarking and market analysis to enhance quality standards.
Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders (such as internal departments, suppliers, and customers) to address production issues.
Manage customer complaints effectively, including establishing internal standards for improvement and responding appropriately to complaint reports.
Conduct risk management to anticipate potential quality issues during the NPI and MP stages.
Manage any ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements

Degree or higher in Science and Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
5-7 years of experience in quality control and mechanical engineering.
Strong knowledge of quality tools and ISO systems; familiarity with Six Sigma is preferred.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Must be based at the Dongguan factory.
Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Assistant Quality Manager position.
Occasional travel to the company in Thailand is required.
