Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the Lifestyle goods and essential products retail sector.
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge: Familiarity with retail operations, supply chain management, and customer service best practices; knowledge of the Hong Kong retail market is a plus.
Languages: Proficiency in English; Mandarin and Cantonese.
