Responsibilities:

Assist in system/database planning, development, implementation and maintenance support
Perform preventive maintenance and automated processes to maintain the system/database at optimal performance
Perform day-to-day operational support on the application platform/database
Conduct system/database performance monitoring and tuning
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve overall system/database performance
Participate in system integration development, testing, deployment, documentation, training, troubleshooting

Requirements:

University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
1 year or internship of relevant experience in database and application system support
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL/Oracle database administration would be an advantage
Good understanding of technology trends and capabilities
