Month-End Closing & Reporting: Ensure high-quality, reliable, and accurate month-end closing and management reporting, including yearly budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis for management review.
Performance Reviews: Assist in monthly business, operational, and financial reviews, with a focus on departmental store sales and gross profit levels.
Budget and Forecast: Handle streamline processes, monitor operating performance, and aid in strategic decision-making.
Workflow Optimization: Help implement and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency.
Ad-Hoc Projects: Provide support for various ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance or related disciplines
More than 4 years’ relevant experience in accounting with CPA qualiciation
Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
Demonstrate ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels
