Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve the best value

• Resolve  any issue related to supply, quality, or delivery in a timely manner

• Issuing Purchase Order to supplier

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information

• Trims consumption calculation

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 5 years relevant working experience in garment manufacturing

• Strong negotiation skills, mature and able to work independently

• Good command in English and Mandarin

• Familiar with MS office and Chinese Word Processing

• Able to work under pressure and capable to solve problems with Mainland & Offshore suppliers

• Knowledge in ERP system is preferable
