Job responsibilities:

Conduct clash detection, produce drawings, and assist in coordination meetings.
Provide troubleshooting and technical support for BIM software.
Support and maintain BIM projects in accordance with Corporate Standards and the Project BIM Executive Plan.
Update and maintain Corporate BIM standards, content libraries (families), and templates.
Assist in the development of BIM workflows.

Job requirements:

Higher Diploma holder or above in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
3-5 years’ related experience and /training (MEP Preferred) for BIM modeling or coordination
Holder of professional qualification is preferred
Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
Experience of BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus
Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
Able to work under pressure and independently
