Mainly assist in design work, project planning and operation of E&M system
Coordinate with clients and contractors
Prepare technical reports
Monitor the performance and progress of project
Manage budget, project management fee and expenses
Job requirements:
Higher Diploma holder in Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline
7 years' solid experience in building services work for Senior Engineer position is preferred
Holder of professional qualification is preferred
Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
Able to work under pressure and independently
