They are integrating their product into a large-scale corporation and are looking for a Lead Developer to join their team.



Key Responsibilities:

* Proven track record in designing and managing web-based software delivery architectures, utilizing technologies such as Java, JavaScript, C++, Python, CentOS, Apache Tomcat, and Spring-Hibernate.
* Extensive experience in implementing software that interacts with operating systems, leveraging robust architectural design frameworks, documented software engineering methodologies, enhanced cybersecurity under OAUTH2, and production-friendly documentation.
* Domain expertise in the buy-side of the financial industry is a plus.
* Technical vision to support the delivery of scientific content, collaborating with top-tier EECS professors who serve as company scientific advisors.
* Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills in managing and motivating technical teams, with a proven ability to execute projects and communicate effectively.
* Willingness to collaborate with outsourced development teams when they offer more effective solutions to meet business objectives.
* Ability to continuously rethink and evolve technology architecture based on emerging trends, deploying next-generation technologies as they arise-or even before they become publicly accessible (we have access to preview programs from leading tech giants).
* Clear understanding that technology serves to solve practical problems for financial industry users, prioritizing issue management and collaborating with client-facing teams such as production support and pre-sales.



Key Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a must.
* 3-5 years of working experience in Java, JavaScript, C++, Python, CentOS, Apache Tomcat, and Spring-Hibernate.
* Experience in financial systems migration projects is a plus.
* Hands-on experience in solution design, implementation, and system support.
