Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, especially in South East Asia, to meet the company's objectives, including cost reduction, quality improvement, and supply chain optimization.

• Lead the sourcing team to achieve targets while aligning with the organization's overall business objectives.

• Identify, evaluate, and select strategic suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews, and implementing supplier performance improvement initiatives.

• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to identify potential sourcing opportunities and risks.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing processes, systems, and tools to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Develop products with the suppliers for our key customers.

• Analyze and report on key sourcing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards in all sourcing activities.

Requirements

• Degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in relevant position or in a similar senior sourcing leadership role.

• Experience in artificial botanicals, seasonal decorations, home décor or related industry.

• Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, and cost optimization.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Solid understanding of global supply chain dynamics, market trends, and supplier relationship management.

• Proficiency in sourcing and procurement process and related tools.

• Strong leadership and people management abilities, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.

• Frequent travel is required
