Job Requirements:-

• Producing all Airport Permits;
• Generating permit production reports - Daily;
• Regular and systematic checking of ACS database entries;
• Updating and maintaining database archive records;
• Updating ACS database of lost / stolen reports;
• Assisting to maintain the database for Breach of Condition cases, record results and follow up actions as required; 
• Issuing Special Access Control Cards, Control Authority Pass, Buffer Hall Pass and AP Cards; and
• Supporting other units when required.

• Form 5 education level or above (Fresh graduate will also be considered);
• Preferably with 1 year of relevant work experience; 
• Sound skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Familiarity with computer systems is highly preferable;
• Good interpersonal skills and telephone manner;
• Even temperament and ability to work under pressure;
• Open personality and ability to work in a close-knit team environment; and
• Sound understanding of written / spoken English.
