Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of insurance partners and products through due diligence processes.
  • Manage relationships with insurance partners to meet partnership sales targets using Digital and Online-to-Offline distribution models.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives for life and general insurance products aimed at customers.
  • Organize online and offline marketing campaigns, including events and seminars, and create content for marketing materials and the company website.
  • Evaluate all marketing campaigns to ensure they comply with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Supply management with regular reports on partnership and product performance, and track and collect comprehensive funnel data analytics for data-driven insights.
  • Assist in identifying and gathering business and user requirements for new product launches.
  • Prepare user test cases, carry out evaluations after launch, and address any production issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on the competitive landscape and identify new business opportunities for product innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks based on business needs.
Job Requirements
  • A preferred university degree or higher
  • Over 3 years of experience in the banking or insurance industry
  • Experience in product management or business analysis is an advantage
  • Knowledge of insurance is preferred
  • A strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • A good sense of risk awareness
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and adapt to changes
  • Proficient in spoken communication in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
