Job Responsibilities
Conduct thorough evaluations of insurance partners and products through due diligence processes.
Manage relationships with insurance partners to meet partnership sales targets using Digital and Online-to-Offline distribution models.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives for life and general insurance products aimed at customers.
Organize online and offline marketing campaigns, including events and seminars, and create content for marketing materials and the company website.
Evaluate all marketing campaigns to ensure they comply with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Supply management with regular reports on partnership and product performance, and track and collect comprehensive funnel data analytics for data-driven insights.
Assist in identifying and gathering business and user requirements for new product launches.
Prepare user test cases, carry out evaluations after launch, and address any production issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
Conduct research to stay updated on the competitive landscape and identify new business opportunities for product innovation.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to manage project timelines and deliverables.
Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks based on business needs.
Job Requirements
A preferred university degree or higher
Over 3 years of experience in the banking or insurance industry
Experience in product management or business analysis is an advantage
Knowledge of insurance is preferred
A strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
A good sense of risk awareness
Ability to solve problems effectively and adapt to changes
Proficient in spoken communication in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
