Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to identify manpower needs and requirements.
Maintain an organized candidate database and ensure accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
Conduct basic human resource data analysis to support business initiatives.
Provide essential HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and terminations, while managing employee files and attendance records.
Support additional ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience in HR.
Familiarity with Hong Kong labor ordinance and employment legislation.
Highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
Skilled in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
Strong communication skills, excellent execution capabilities, and the ability to manage stress while maintaining a proactive approach.
Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for the role of Human Resources and Administration Officer.
Immediate availability is preferred.
