Entry Requirements :

1. Postgraduate degree / MBA and experience in Business Administration or related management fields.

2. Possess strong leadership qualities, analytical and sales management skills.

3. Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in South Asia and Mainland leading large company aligning with company’s objectives and expansion plan.

4. Willing to travel frequently to various cities in South Asia.

5. Native Mandarin speaker.

6. Solid sales experience in marketing services and products to Mandarin speaking clients.

7. Knowledgeable, self-motivated, results-driven, confident and dynamic personality.

8. Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and highly organized.

Job Duties :

1. Oversee the company’s day-to-day operations, business activities and expansion in the Mandarin speaking market. 

2. Develop and implement effective strategies, policies and programs to set goals for growth our export trading sales volume.

3. Identify business opportunities and liaise with large networking of potential clients to provide with the professional and reliable services. 

4. Frequent business travel to South Asia required.

5. To build and lead a PRC marketing team by gradual expansion.

6. To marketing corporate and fiduciary services to Mandarin speaking clients in China.

7. To generate revenue and income by new client acquisition in South Asia .

8. To increase the awareness of the company brand and strengthen our reputation in the fiduciary industry in South Asia.

9. Ensure good customer services and employees work productively and professionally.
