Responsibilities
Responsible for securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing accounts
Find and develop qualified leads (cold calling), convert them through the sales process into prospects and customers
Regular client visit validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams
Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue
Set-up and execute customer SOP for ensuring operating procedure meets customer expectations
Promote the services and products of all entities, and coordinate sales efforts with other department
To prepare the customer profile, quotation and visit report in the CRM system
Follow the superior's instructions and implement policies
Report any special occasions to a superior on time
Any other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 3 years Sales experience in Freight Forwarding/ Logistics; with strong hunter mindset
Highly motivated individual with a strong product knowledge in import/export ocean (NVOCC) and air, selling experience of value-added service 3PL solution is preferable
Experience bring in Air Freight business is an advantage
With Vertical focus on Hi-Tech, Healthcare or Retails & Consumer is an advantage
Good written and spoken in English and Mandarin
Ability to communicate with additional language German, Spanish or French is an advantage
Knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel software
Able to work under pressure & tight deadline
