Responsibilities

• Responsible for the purchasing of material and equipment for construction projects

• Responsible for sourcing, price negotiation, quality checking and delivery arrangements

• Co-ordinate materials delivery between factory and site

• Collecting market & product information of building materials

• Coordinating building materials control and storage on site

• Processing supplier payment

• Scheduling procurement items & works for project

• Maintain and update all purchasing documents and records

• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above in purchasing or construction related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years procurement experience in construction companies

• Candidate has subletting experiences is preferred

• Good communication & negotiation skills
