My client is a rapidly growing financial institution committed to excellence and innovation. They are seeking a seasoned finance expert to lead their FP&A function and drive strategic financial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead financial planning and analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
* Manage the annual budgeting process and forecasts to align with business goals.
* Analyse financial performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
* Prepare and present financial reports with insights and recommendations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
* Enhance financial models and tools for data-driven decisions.
* Oversee performance metrics and ensure timely reporting.
* Mentor the FP&A team, promoting professional development.
* Actively participate in financial modelling and process refinement.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred.
* 8+ years in financial planning and analysis in banking; less experience may qualify for Senior Manager/Associate Director roles.
* Strong analytical skills for complex financial data interpretation.
* Independent individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proficient in Chinese and English, including typing in Chinese.
* Advanced skills in financial modelling, forecasting tools, and Excel.
* Knowledge of banking regulations and industry trends is a plus.
