What You'll Do

• Report to Head of Business Development/Finance Manager
• Work together with Business Unit (BU) as a business partner to facilitate BU budget and forecast, operating performance, cost monitoring and decision-making.
• Prepare month end closing of Business Unit and monthly management reports
• Provide insightful business performance analysis on monthly result and performance trending on a regular basis to support management decision making.
• Supports business case development for project investments, including assessment of financial implications, project risks and benefits tracking, etc.
• Perform other ad-hoc studies and analysis.
• Based in our Tseung Kwan O office with periodic visits to our Chek Lap Kok location several days each month.

What You'll Need

1. Functional and other Relevant Experience

• A minimum of 5 years’ accounting or related experience.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skill to all levels in the organisation and agility to work within a team environment
• A quick learner with the ability to work independently and be self-motivated and attentive to details

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

• A recognized bachelor in business-related disciplines. Professional accounting qualification such as CPA will be required.
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint
• Knowledge in PowerBI is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
