Responsibilities

• Support in implement sourcing projects and develop sustainable sourcing activities with our global Sales Lines, predominantly focusing on China market 

• Participate in selecting and negotiating with suppliers to secure optimal service from shortlisted candidates 

• Identify and manage risks and gaps after the product development process lead by manager

• Ensure year-round product availability through efficient supply chain management

• Coordinate & analyze market prices and trends to provide relevant market information to Sales Lines and suggest innovative solutions

• Develop and implement yearly shipment plans for suppliers with weekly review and update based on customer sales forecasts

• Monitor and manage orders, shipment status, and delivery schedules with overseas suppliers and customers to ensure on-time delivery

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 3 years’ relevant sourcing or sales coordination experience in Food sector / FMCG, preferable in multi-national trading companies / retailer 

• Knowledge and experience in Wine, Dry & Frozen food is highly preferred 

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel / PowerPoint / Word / Outlook / TEAMS) and Chinese word processing

• Good analytical and communication skills

• Creative thinker who dares to think outside the box 

• Strong problem solving and project management skills

• Energetic to drive for customer success and excellent service 

• Possess strong sense of ownership and high degree of independence 

• Passionate in connecting with people 

• Flexibility and willingness to travel to China
