Responsibilities
Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, photocopying and scanning
Providing clerical support for sales team as required
Use the company system to create factory orders
Send samples by courier
Undertaking any other reasonable duties as requested by your manager
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Demonstrated experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
High attention to detail and the ability to work fast and accurately
Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Chinese word processing is a must
