Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of the data centre construction project from inception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and IT specialists to ensure that the construction works comply with the contract documentations and contracts drawings.
Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources specific to data centre requirements.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and data centre-specific standards and safety protocols.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks with a focus on data centre systems (e,g, cooling, power, and network infrastructure), to ensure the quality of works, safety and environmental precaution measures carried out in compliance with the contract documents and relevant regulations
Address any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track and ensure minimal disruption to IT operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years’ experience in construction management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, preferably in the data centre or industrial sector.
Strong leadership, site management, and problem-solving skills.
Good PC knowledge.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
