Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of quantity surveying for residential projects.
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Provide expert advice on procurement and contractual matters.
- Monitor project costs and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Surveyors (HKIS) or the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically in residential projects.
- Proven track record of working with reputable property developers in Hong Kong.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
