Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all aspects of the retail mall's operations, including marketing activities, positioning of the asset, retail leasing, property management, and retail operations.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive footfall, enhance brand visibility, and maximize tenant occupancy.
Manage the retail leasing process, including identifying potential tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring a diverse and attractive tenant mix.
Oversee property management activities, ensuring the maintenance of high standards in property upkeep, security, and customer service.
Drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining a superior shopping experience for visitors.
Work closely with stakeholders, tenants, and partners to build strong relationships and ensure the smooth functioning of the retail mall.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business Administrations, Real Estate, Surveying or related discipline
At least 15 years of relevant leasing experience in other landlords or property agencies
Strong market sense with analytical thinking
Experience in pre-opening projects in Mainland China would be an advantage
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good leadership and interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
