Responsibility
  • Mainly responsible for handling insurance renewal or replacement
  • Assist in reviewing work-flow and implementing continuous improvements to the claims process
  • Evaluate and approve complicated claims and implement RM suggestions
  • Take responsibility to resolve cross regional projects
  • Ensure claims procedures, documentation is adhered to the group claims management requirement and best practice
Qualification
  • Bachelor degree or above with ACII or ANZIIF qualification
  • Minimum experience 10 years in property, liability and other non-life insurance, preferably in contractions/logistics/shipping group
  • Management skill is essential
  • Good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written
