Requirements

• Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree holder  

• Fresh graduate will also be considered

• 0 - 1 year experience in fashion or merchandising or purchasing or sourcing or trading or manufacturing or buying office field 

• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English

• Proficiency in using MS excel and word

• Immediate available or short notice is a must 

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative & clerical support 

• Coordinate with overseas buyers, suppliers, factories and EU head office 

• Issue and follow up purchase orders and arrange delivery  

• Product sourcing 

• Perform other ad hoc duties when required
